AdBlue Diesel Exhaust Fluid is a high-purity aqueous urea solution used in pharmaceutical, analytical laboratories, and industrial applications for testing and calibration of selective catalytic reduction (SCR) systems in diesel engines to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOₓ) emissions.

🏭⚗️ Production
Prepared by dissolving high-purity urea in deionized or distilled water under strictly controlled conditions to ensure consistent 32.5% (w/w) urea concentration and solution stability. Supplied in chemically resistant, tightly sealed containers to prevent contamination, crystallization, or microbial growth.

🔬 Properties
A clear, colorless, non-flammable aqueous solution with excellent chemical stability. Exhibits low reactivity with SCR system materials but can decompose under extreme heat. High solubility and low viscosity ensure uniform dosing in analytical and engine testing applications.

🧪 Applications
Used in pharmaceutical and analytical laboratories for calibration, testing, and research of diesel exhaust treatment systems. Ensures accurate NOₓ reduction measurements and performance evaluation of SCR catalysts. Also used in controlled engine testing and emissions studies.

⚠️ Safety
Non-toxic under normal handling but can cause mild skin or eye irritation. Handle with gloves, goggles, and protective clothing. Avoid ingestion and prolonged contact with skin. Store in a cool, dry, tightly closed, chemically resistant container away from direct sunlight and incompatible materials. Dispose of according to laboratory, safety, and environmental regulations.
